The 3 Best "Dirty" Self Defense Techniques

In this article I'm going to show you 3 downright dirty self defense techniques you can use to take out any attacker. Unlike other self-defense techniques, which may require complicated timing, or advanced skills, these techniques can be used by anyone. And because these are "dirty" self defense techniques, they will allow you to defeat larger stronger attackers easily. This is because they all focus on targeting specific crucial spots of the body that can cause tremendous pain even if you barely hit them.

The first technique is the eye flick. I like the eye flick because it not only does great damage, but it sets you up perfectly to follow up with more strikes. To do a proper eye flick, simply launch the hand out and strike your attackers eyes with the tips of your fingers. Do not try to do anything fancy like a "2 finger eye poke" or anything like that, just shoot your hand forward and let your fingers do the work. After that you can follow up with some more strikes, or just run away.

The next strike is a throat strike. To do the throat strike, make a "C" with your fingers and thumb. This is also known as the web of the hand strike, and you will be striking with the web of your hand. Now all you have to do is shoot the "C" you made with your hand into your attackers throat. This will cause immediate pain and allow you to escape safely. Be extremely careful using this one, as it could cause permanent injury or death!

The last strike is the groin kick. While it is still extremely effective, I personally believe the above self defense techniques to be more effective. However, if the situation presents itself, a good groin kick is a solid strike you can rely on. You can do the groin kick as a rising front kick, or if you are in closer, a strong knee will do the trick just as well. Just make sure after you hit your attacker, you either follow up with strikes, or leave the area immediately.

So those are a few of my favorite self defense techniques. If you would like to learn more self defense techniques, make sure you Google up!
